Desolace Quest issues

Elune's Gifts is an alliance quest that directs me to visit 3 of Elune's relics. Each of the relics then asks me to pick up a quest. However, Booster tells me that these quests are not part of my guide, but the next 6 steps involve completing those same quests.

In addition, after the objects are collected, the arrow and ant trail dos not direct me to the turn in point for these quests. I have to search for them on my own.

It should be easy to find this chain of quests. It's pretty early into the leveling.
